Step One

Complete the MCSD Open Enrollment: MCSD Open Enrollment Information

Step Two - Complete Peak Application

1. Complete the Peak Academy Pre-Enrollment Application (Google Form)

OR          

2. Complete the Peak Academy Homeschool Application (Google Form)

Make sure to choose either online, hybrid or homeschool. Each program is different so it is important to indicate which learning path you are interested in for your student.  

Step Three - Attend one of our informational sessions (if available)

Step Four - Student Parent Interview

Once your paperwork has been completed and submitted online, one of our staff will call and let you know the status of your application and schedule your appointment. Please allow us 2-3 weeks after submission to contact you.
